“I Guarantee to sell your home in 59 days or less at a price that we agree on, or I will sell it for FREE! If your home remains on the market for longer than the 59 days,

I will continue to market your home aggressively , but will charge you Zero Commission for my services as the listing agent”

Instead of making you empty promises, I will put my money where my mouth is. At the time I list your home, I will provide you with a written Guarantee of Performance.

If I don’t live up to our agreement, you pay me absolutely nothing as the listing agent, not even my advertising costs! As you can see, I’m prepared to take the risk so

you don’t have to and this gives my clients greater peace of mind.

My Guarantee also includes an early cancellation clause which allows you, the home seller, the option to cancel your listing for any reason prior to the listing contract

*My Guaranteed sold program does not apply to all listings and excludes new construction homes, court ordered sales and some rural/acreage properties.

Buyer’s agent commission of 3% on the first 100,000 and 1.5% on the balance of the sale price still applies on all homes sold after 59 days.
